Behavior Clarity Sessions

$175.00

When life with your adolescent or young adult feels stuck, you do not need another generic strategy or someone telling you to “be more consistent.” You need space to look closely at what is happening, why current approaches may not be working, and what could make everyday life more manageable.

Our behavior clarity session offers collaborative, behaviorally informed support for concerns such as escalating conflict, challenging behavior, hygiene and daily routines, technology use, school participation, communication, safety, independence, and preparation for adulthood. Together, we will look beyond labels such as “defiant,” “lazy,” or “unmotivated” to understand the full context, identify missing skills or supports, and develop practical next steps that fit your family.

The goal is not greater compliance at any cost. It is a realistic path toward greater safety, capability, autonomy, and connection.

Appropriate Concerns:

  • Morning or bedtime struggles

  • Hygiene and self-care

  • Technology conflicts

  • Refusal and avoidance

  • School-related distress

  • Chores and household expectations

  • Increasing dependence on caregivers

  • Recurring parent-teen power struggles

What it Entails:

  • Brief intake questionnaire

  • 60-minute virtual consultation

  • Collaborative behavior map

  • One-page written action plan

  • Three prioritized recommendations

  • Optional 20-minute follow-up
